• Multiple years of experience in process-engineering and production gained at Honeywell Aerospace Raunheim/Frankfurt, experienced in R&D of pneumatic/hydraulic components, aeronautical components and gas turbines with international clients.

• From 1997 through 2002 working as an internal Six Sigma Consultant at Honeywell, responsible for development and implementation of trainings, training execution, project coordination und mentoring in Europe.

• Activities: Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing (Honeywell Aerospace). Execution of training for Champions, Black-Belts and Green-Belts incl. project-coaching. Implementation of Six Sigma programs. Development and certification of Master-Black-Belts.

• Experience: Several international Black Belt (>100), Green Belt and Champion (Management) trainings conducted.
